Penny was born and raised in Montgomery County, Maryland. She has over eighteen years of experience in the health care field. She began in the health care insurance industry where she received several performance awards, a World Class Service Award and a Certification of Appreciation for training excellence. She also received countless letters of appreciation from management, nurse case managers, and supervisors for her attention to detail and her caring attitude.
As a Patient Coordinator for Dr. Franklin Richards and Dr. Dean Jabs she has been a loyal part of the team for eight years. Penny takes joy in working closely with patients to ensure that their needs are met and that they receive her undivided attention and world class service.
Outside of work she enjoys traveling with family, as well as, donating food to the men’s and women’s shelters.

Penny Terrell - Patient Coordinator
Alison comes to Cosmetic Surgery Associates as our office manager after running a large pediatric practice for twenty-two years. Born in California, her military family moved to Fairfax, Virginia when she was five years old. She is a graduate of East Carolina University where she played field hockey.
She has a special interest in marketing and non-invasive facial beauty products and procedures.
Alison is a big fan of warm weather and being in the sun, especially at the beach. She is a dog lover, especially large dogs. Her family owns several Bernese Mountain Dogs.

Joanne Gildea - Patient Coordinator
Joanne was born and raised in Suburban Maryland. She is a 1999 graduate of Syracuse University with a BA in Psychology. She speaks fluent Arabic which she learned at home. She lives in Brookeville, MD with her husband, 7 year old daughter, and two dogs.
Joanne is a people person. Her enthusiasm is infectious. As a patient care coordinator she enjoys interacting with people and ensuring that they get personalized, attentive care.
Outside of work, she likes to travel but mostly enjoys spending time with her family. Joanne is a huge football fan. She also loves to cheer on her Syracuse Men’s Basketball team.
